We heard from inspiring speakers Rebel Food Tasmania (an insect farmer) and Chobani (an extremely successful yoghurt manufacturer) on the topic of bringing a new product to market and what you need to make your business a success
Guests attended two panels with food industry experts who shared their knowledge and vision
