Meet The Business of Food’s owner, Jane Del Rosso 

Jane is an organisational guru and proven mentor, with a passion for food and head for business. She took the leap many years ago, leaving her corporate career to train in cooking and pursue her passion for all things food and business.  

Jane pioneered the very first Australian kitchen incubator in 2008, well before the emergence of co-working spaces and ghost kitchens, and concentrated on providing a compliant space from which to make new food products, enabling new food business owners to explore ideas and increase the chances of seeing their food products on a retail shelf. The Business of Food followed naturally - bringing together her business savvy, gourmet tendencies, and love of supporting other small businesses looking to gain traction in the food industry.
